Social wellbeing:(What is wellness?)

A person’s social life involves their surroundings and connection with people around them. Good social contacts and positive relations make a person socially active well. A person personally involved in social life events such as weddings, funerals, parties, going out with friends, and doing social work for others is a socially active and well-being person.

What happens when a person is not socially active?

People avoiding such activities become socially isolated which further leads them towards mental problems such as social isolation and depression. Such people do not fit themselves in society positively. Furthermore, by avoiding social gatherings a person becomes helpless if he needs any help from society or friends and also loses his confidence and respect from society. This kind of behavior from society further impacts the personality of the person and impacts on mental health of the person.

What happens if a person is more social?

Being more social is also not good for a person. Some people become more /extra social and do not balance their personal life and social life which also impacts their personal life as well. Over-social people always ignore their personal life matters and give less time to their families, this is also not a good habit. Being more involved in society or other people’s matters greatly impacts their personal life. Therefore, it is necessary to have a balance between social life and personal life. Moreover, a person’s priority should be your family and family matters. Firstly settle your matters then try to be involved in other’s life matters or societal matters. If one own life is not settled it further disturbs your mental health.

Physical well-being:(What is wellness?)

Physical well-being involves how active your body is to perform daily life activities. Your physical health or your body should be fit enough to maintain other aspects of life. Moreover, Physical well-being involves, how active your body is, how quality of sleep you have in a day, how enough healthy food you are eating, and how balanced is your weight to avoid other physical diseases such as cardiac health, muscular health, your brain health, etc. Furthermore, if one’s physical health deteriorates, it impacts other aspects such as social life, mental life, and spiritual life. So, physical health is very important in maintaining one’s overall well-being.

What happens if a person is not physically well?

If a person is not physically active or well, they may be unable to maintain their life balance. Physically unfit means the person has any physical disease such as cardiac disease, kidney disease any other organ defects. To perform other life activities one must have physical fitness. For example, if a paralyzed person is physically unfit he would not be able to carry his other aspects of life so, physical fitness is most prioritized among the other wellness aspects.

Spiritual wellbeing:(What is wellness?

Spiritual well-being means how much a person is connected to the world. Being connected to the creature and understanding one’s presence beliefs and values.it is not that a person is very religious rather it is how a person is connected to his heart and soul. Secondly, a person is not spiritually well if he is practicing his religious practice regularly but spiritual wellness is how a person is connected to God. Moreover, being spiritually well-being is not doing things to show to others but it is to satisfy one’s inner world.

Mental well-being:

Being mentally well is just a blessing of God Being mentally well all our life depends upon our mental peace. A person not mentally well cannot perform his life activities smoothly. Furthermore, a mentally disturbed person cannot connect himself to nature, and his surroundings would not be able to take care of his/her physical health and cannot perform his social activities very well. There are so many factors that disturb one’s mental health as follows:

If needed always take help from people you trust and close to you.

Financial issues:

Being financially unstable also has a great impact on one’s mental well-being. Your finances help you to meet the basic needs of life and nears and dears, especially your family. Not having a strong bank account leads to a person being mentally depressed and anxious.

How can you make your finances strong?

Following are some tips to manage your finance

  • Always keep a professional distance from your seniors and colleagues.
  • Do not trust everyone at the workplace
  • Do not discuss your personal life issues with everyone at your workplace.

Emotional wellbeing:

Emotions play an important role in one’s life. Positive emotions drive a person towards positive things whereas negative emotions disturb someone mentally. So, try to manage your feelings according to your surroundings. Always keep strong emotions, weak emotions make a person emotionally weak. Controlling one’s emotions can lead to emotional well-being. Furthermore, managing stress and anxiety also has a strong relation with emotional well-being.

Environmental well-being:

A safe environment plays an important in the overall well-being of a person. It protects a person from being physically and mentally distracted.
