Skincare is one of the challenges in recent times. However, skin color varies from person to person, and it is genetic; one can’t change the original color, but its fairness depends upon the care you take to improve your skin. Moreover, new skin grows and sheds very fast. For its growth, some special nutrients are required. Your skin texture always depends on your diet. It grows from the inner side. Although external care and hygiene are also important. So, skincare should be done through a good diet and protection.

What are the tips to improve your skin?

The following are some tips that will help in glowing your skin.

Maintain a Healthy Routine for skin care:

Your daily routine has a very critical role in maintaining healthy skin. Following these tips, keep your skin healthy.

Have enough quality sleep

Drink enough fluids

Take proteins in your diet

Add fruits to your diet

Avoid much coffee or tea intake, which may cause dehydration.

Maintain a healthy weight

Manage your stress and anxiety effectively

Limit sugar intake

Do Regular Exercise

Keep your skin Hydrated? Skincare

 Hydration is maintained by drinking more and more water or fluids. Hydration keeps body cells healthy and functioning properly. In case of low fluid intake, the cells shrink, the skin texture becomes loose, and your skin looks dull and dry. Always keep a water bottle with you while going out on hot days. Besides, you may also use fresh fruit juices to maintain your skin healthy and hydrated.

Good Hygiene:

Maintain good hygiene of your skin by washing and cleaning it at least twice a day with a good face wash. Maintaining good hygiene helps in preventing bacterial growth on the skin.

Fruits for glowing skin:

Skin cells need nutrients to grow. Fruits contain antioxidants and beneficial nutrients. Many fruits contain more amount of water, which again helps in hydration. So keep fruits in your diet. Use the following fruits for glowing skin.

Oranges: Vitamin C is an important vitamin for glowing skin. Oranges are rich in vitamin C, and Water and fiber in Oranges keep skin hydrated and glowing. Eat one orange daily or use orange juice.

Mango: Mangoes are a rich source of vitamin A and vitamin C and are overloaded with antioxidants. All these help in protecting the skin from sun rays and prevent premature damage.

 Can Tomatoes improve skin? Tomatoes are loaded with vitamins, antioxidants, and B complex. That helps in delayed aging, skin tightening, skin whitening, and cleansing of the skin.

Apple as an Antioxidant for Good Skin Care:

 Eating an apple a day has many health benefits. As the apple is a rich source of vitamins, this powerful antioxidant helps in boosting the body’s immune system to fight against free radicals and infections. Besides this, vitamin C enhances iron absorption, which helps in the production of red blood cells, so the skin also needs a good flow of nutritious blood to glow and nourish. So, apple helps in nourishing and hydrating the skin.

Lemon: Lemon juice is acidic; it helps in enhancing skin tone and helps in killing bacteria growing on the skin and preventing pimples. However, do not use lemon or lemon juice directly on the skin; it could cause skin irritation. Use lemon with any other ingredient, such as honey, for safe and better results.

Use dark-colored or antioxidant fruit:

Dark color fruits are rich sources of antioxidants and vitamins. Antioxidants help in removing free radicals, which could have harmful effects on the body as well as on the skin.

Use Cucumber in your diet:

 Use cucumber in your diet. It contains antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Moreover contains more water and nutrients, which helps in skin hydration and reduces skin pigmentation. You can apply cucumber paste directly to the skin.

Protect from Sun Rays:

Keep your skin protected from ultraviolet sun rays. Ultraviolet rays may cause sunburn and even skin cancer. Always use sunscreens while going out in open markets or fields.

Avoid the use of over-the-counter creams: Do not use cheap creams; use quality and well-known, good company products.

Avoid oily lotions: limit the use of oily lotions, especially on your face. This may cause blockage of pores, which may lead to skin pigmentation and blackheads.

Skin Exfoliation:

Although our skin sheds off naturally over time, it needs some care. You may do it by applying an ubtan or forming a paste of gram flour and gently massaging. This will shed the dead skin. Do not wash your face just after scrubbing with soap or with any face wash; also, do not apply any cream.

Milk Benefits for Skin:

 Drinking milk is very beneficial for glowing skin. Milk contains an antioxidant known as retinol, which protects the skin from sun rays. Moreover, it also contains vitamin D, which acts as an anti-inflammatory and prevents skin infections.

Is Besan flour (gram flour) good for the skin?

Besan flour has been used for centuries for skin brightness and reducing wrinkles. It helps in skin exfoliation and hydration. However, do not use Gram flour paste daily, as it could cause skin dryness. Moreover, if you have oily skin, you may use it 2-3 times a week.

Keep your Gut healthy for good skin care:

Your gut health plays a vital role in maintaining good skin. Issues related to the gut, such as. Constipation or diarrhea impact on the skin. When your gut is not healthy, nutrient absorption also gets affected.

Furthermore, skin care creams or lotions are made in a laboratory. But the way your skin glows with natural ingredients is remarkable. So, natural fruits and simple home remedies can glow your skin.
