A healthy routine is essential for a healthy life. It keeps a person active and full of energy to perform daily activities. Furthermore, a healthy routine keeps a person away from diseases such as heart disease, and diseases related to the gastrointestinal system, and keeps a person mentally active and positive. On the other hand, an unhealthy routine keeps a person dull and aimless. One can keep oneself active by following some healthy tips daily.

Wake up Early in the Morning:

Waking up early in the morning is a part of a healthy routine. Getting up early in the morning saves time and is the perfect time to study for students. At this time the memorizing power is at its peak. Because the brain functions well and becomes more alert in the morning. Moreover, early risers start their studies early at around five o’clock.

Have 30 Minutes Walk:

Early walking has an excellent impact on overall health.it boosts energy and keeps a person active throughout the day. Thirty minutes’ walk is very essential for the prevention and cure of many diseases such as controlling high blood pressure, and migraines, and helps in lowering cholesterol and is most effective in managing weight.

Have some Yoga:

Yoga is a practice of mental, spiritual, and physical relaxation. Practicing yoga for at least 30 minutes daily can help in mind relaxation, which further reduces stress and anxiety and helps get rid of depression. Secondly, it improves flexibility and balance, keeps muscles strong increases muscle tone, and helps in reducing muscular pain. Furthermore, enhances focus and attention, weight management improves sleep quality, and boosts immunity to fight against infections.

Task Completion on Time:(A Healthy Daily Routine)

Completing your tasks daily has a positive impact on your health as it decreases stress and anxiety which further makes a person mentally relax.

Have a Healthy Diet:

 A healthy diet plays an important role in preventing many diseases such as diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and joint and muscular pains. Furthermore, a healthy diet keeps a person positive and energetic to perform activities throughout the day. The following are the components of a healthy diet:

Fruits:

Every fruit is loaded with vitamins and minerals as well as a rich source of water. Different vitamins play an important role in our body, at least 2-3 servings of fruits must be taken for the proper functioning of body cells. Some important fruits are bananas, oranges, apples, mulberries, apricots, mangoes and papaya, etc. Try to eat dark colored fruit which are the best source of antioxidants.

use vegetables

Vegetables are packed with important minerals and vitamins. Using vegetables in diet can help in keeping our bodies healthy and active. Moreover, using vegetables can help in weight management keep the gut smooth prevent constipation also keep skin clean and fresh.

Whole grains: grains are also a rich source of nutrients Following are some benefits of whole grains

Rich in fibers

Help in weight management

Reduce the risk of chronic diseases

Easy to digest

Antioxidant properties

Help in maintaining a healthy gut by keeping a balance of good bacteria in the gut.

Protein:

Proteins are also a crucial part of the diet There are two sources to get proteins.

  • Animals-based proteins(found in meat,eggs, and dairy products)
  • Plant-based proteins (found in beans, nuts, seeds, and legumes, etc.

Following are some functions of proteins

  • Proteins help in repairing tissues these are basic blocks of muscles, bones, hair, and skin.
  • They help in building hormones and other chemicals or biomolecules which are responsible for carrying out different body important functions.
  • Antibodies are made from proteins which are an essential component of the immune system to fight functions.
  • Molecules containing proteins help in transporting other molecules by binding with them. For example, hemoglobin is a protein that binds to oxygen and transports oxygen molecules from the lungs to other cells of the body.
  • Helps in growth and development.

Calcium-containing food:

Calcium plays an important role in our body as it helps in maintaining strong bones and teeth, and prevents bone weakening and fractures. Furthermore, it helps in keeping muscles strong and helps in muscle contraction and the regulation of nerve functions in transmitting signals through nerves. Moreover, it helps in preventing cardiovascular accidents by reducing the risks of heart attacks.

Following are some foods that contain calcium:

Dairy products such as yogurt, cheese and milk

Some leafy green vegetables also contain calcium such as broccoli, spinach etc. Almonds, salmons, fortified cereals etc.

Drinking enough Water: (A healthy routine)

Water is an important element of balanced nutrition. It helps in maintaining the body’s metabolism and all other chemical reactions occur in the presence of water in the body cells. It keeps all the body cells active. Furthermore, it helps in keeping all the body systems well-functioning such as it helps in filtering out wastes in blood and excrete through kidneys and keeps the body systems well-balanced.

Have a positive attitude: (A healthy routine)

A positive attitude is a blessing .it prevents you from many worries and harmful things Keep your thoughts clean especially in the morning time so that the brain will regulate the positive ideas and thoughts throughout the day. It has a very strong effect on whole body functions keeps a person fresh a positively regulates our emotions. A positive mind keeps the body active and generates and boosts energy to carry out daily activities.

Drink plenty of fluids /water: (A healthy routine)

Fluids /Water play an important role in maintaining our body function. Drinking water has also a limit; an excessive or very low intake of it can have harmful effects on our body systems. So, it should be taken as per your health conditions. Secondly, water intake also depends upon several factors such as the following:

Environment:

Must drink at least 2-3 liters/day in a hot and humid environment as, in humid and hot weather water is lost from the body in the form of sweat.

Health conditions/overall health:

If a person is suffering from diarrhea and vomiting, he should take lots of fluids and water. Moreover, in this situation, water with electrolytes added to it should be preferred, such as ORAL REHYDRATION SOLUTION (ORS)

Physical activity / Exercise:

Water intake should be higher while doing any physical exercise to replace the lost water.

Taking care of your hygiene:

Personal cleanliness keeps a person fresh and enhances confidence. Furthermore, personal hygiene is a part of self-care as well. So, it should be part of the daily routine of a person.

Avoid negative people around you:

Avoid people who drain your positive energy. People who try to distract you from your goals and stress you out must be avoided.

Stay with positive people:

Positive ones who always give you courage and confidence help you to get your goals and help you out from stress and anxiety. So, try to spend some time in a day with people who give you positive energy, mind relaxation, and joy.

Have enough 7 to 8 hours of sleep:

A night of quality sleep is very essential for the body to work actively.it is suggested that 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep relaxes your mind and body, people who have problems with sleep or sleep disturbances have issues of stress and anxiety, dull skin, and problems with indigestion. So, try to have quality sleep to stay healthy.

Hence a healthy routine is very necessary to remain healthy physically, mentally, and psychologically. A healthy routine includes healthy nutrition, daily physical and mental exercise, a healthy diet, quality 8 hours of sleep staying with positive people, and avoiding negative people around you.
