The best trick to be happy is to limit the number of people in your life. The more interaction with people, the more you will be anxious. As different people will share their life problems of happiness, or you may encounter negative people in the social circle, which may drain your positive energy, this can impact your mental health.

Tips to limit your social life:

  • Do not be frank with every person
  • Take care of your self-respect
  • Avoid unnecessary friendship
  • Keep a professional distance with your colleagues, especially with your seniors and juniors, if you are in a professional life /in a workplace.
  • Limit interaction with people with negativity or negative thoughts and behaviors, as such people drain your energy. Limiting such people can help you preserve your energy.
  • Do not take peopleโ€™s reactions too seriously.
  • Respect people, but do not give much importance to people who have nothing to do with your life plans.

Keep your personal life private
